Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Scholar membership

Can I upgrade to a team tier later?

Yes! You can upgrade to Small Team, Mid Team, or Enterprise at any time. We'll prorate your remaining Scholar membership and credit it toward the higher tier.

What happens if I need to assess more than 1 AI system?

Scholar tier includes advanced assessment for 1 AI system. If you need to assess additional systems, consider upgrading to Small Team (3 systems) or Mid Team (10 systems). You can also purchase additional assessments separately.

How do I choose which pillar to get templates for?

During onboarding, you'll complete a short questionnaire to identify your highest-priority pillar based on your assessment results and organizational needs. You can change this selection at your next renewal.

Can I share my account with colleagues?

Scholar membership is for individual use (1 seat). Sharing accounts violates our terms of service. If you need multiple users, consider Small Team (up to 15 seats) or Mid Team (16-50 seats).

Do students qualify for discounts?

Yes! Students and schools can apply for our scholarship fund, which covers 10% of all membership revenue. We provide 100% access to members who demonstrate financial need. Apply for scholarship.

What if I can't afford for 6 months?

We allocate 10% of all membership revenue to scholarships. If you're a student, educator, or cannot afford membership fees, please apply for our scholarship programme. We're committed to making AI governance accessible globally.
