Framework Licensing:

The ETHOS Bridge Framework is available for organizational implementation under our standard license terms. Organizations wishing to use the framework must register and agree to our framework license agreement.

4.2 User-Submitted Content

When you submit content to us (including assessment responses, feedback, comments, or suggestions), you grant ETHOS Institute a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and aggregate such content for the following purposes:

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

In no event will ETHOS Institute, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party

Paid Services: If you have paid for training or certification services, termination will not entitle you to a refund unless the termination was due to our breach of these Terms.

12. General Provisions

ETHOS Institute shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
