Our standard billing cycle is 6 months. For enterprise planning purposes, we can provide annual contracts with the same 6-month billing frequency.

Can we add more seats mid-contract?

Yes! Additional seats can be added at any time. We'll prorate the cost for the remaining contract period.

Do you offer volume discounts?

The Enterprise tier (50+ seats) already includes significant value. For organisations requiring 100+ seats, contact our sales team to discuss custom arrangements.

What about data exports if we decide to leave?

You retain full access to your data throughout your membership. Before contract expiration, you can export all assessments, reports, and customizations in standard formats (CSV, PDF, JSON).

Can we pilot with a smaller tier first?

Absolutely! Many organisations start with Mid Team tier (16-50 seats) to pilot, then upgrade to Enterprise tier. We'll credit the remaining time toward your Enterprise subscription.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If ETHOS doesn't meet your expectations within the first month, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
